Privacy Policy

Meridian Rock Pte. Ltd. (“Meridian Rock”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202608330D). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in connection with our website and services, including our HedgesVIP platform. We comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR.

Information we collect

  • Contact data you submit (name, email, message) when you contact us.
  • Account & pass data for HedgesVIP users: name, email, phone, membership tier, and pass identifiers.
  • Usage data from access scans and platform interactions, used for security and audit.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device identifiers, collected via standard web logs.

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve our website and services.
  • To issue, manage, and validate digital wallet passes (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet).
  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Sharing

We share personal data only where necessary: with venue operators that engage HedgesVIP for their members, with service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, email, payment, wallet infrastructure provided by Apple and Google), and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Google Wallet

When a HedgesVIP pass is added to Google Wallet, the data shown on the pass (such as member name and pass identifier) is provisioned to Google for display in the user’s wallet. Google’s handling of that data is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes set out above or as required by law. Pass and access records are retained for the duration of the venue relationship plus any required audit period.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal limits. To make a request, contact support@meridianrock.sg.

Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to report any suspected security issues to us.
