These Terms govern your use of the meridianrock.sg website and any services provided by Meridian Rock Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202608330D), a company registered in Singapore (“Meridian Rock”, “we”).

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through automated means without our written consent.

Services and engagements

Consulting and software development engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Marketing materials on this site do not constitute an offer or contract.

HedgesVIP

The HedgesVIP platform is operated by Meridian Rock Pte. Ltd.. Use of HedgesVIP by venue operators is subject to a separate Master Services Agreement. Use of digital wallet passes by end-users is subject to the terms displayed at the point of enrolment and to the terms of the relevant wallet provider (Apple or Google).

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Meridian Rock Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Rock disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Rock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
